Join Nancy as you embark on your own personal Mindfulness journey. During the course of eight weeks you will learn the benefits of Mindfulness:
– Develop personal awareness, clarity and peace of mind.
– Learn to practice and understand the holistic benefits of meditation.
– Learn how to be fully awake and aware of each moment and understand what blocks you from achieving the peace and balance that you seek.
Nancy has been teaching Mindfulness in the community for three years. She also holds private sessions.
