Handmade Deerskin Medicine Pouches, made by Mary. Mary is First Nations and lives in Hamilton, originally from Manitoulin. I (Tracey) had the pleasure of meeting her at the Caldwell 2nd Annual Pow Wow. These pouches are 3" x 2", including stitching, with different coloured beads for decoration. Each Medicine Pouch has Sweetgrass that Mary put in herself, and can be taken out when you want to fill it with something else. The neck pieces varies in length.
