Shamanic Journey

Facilitated by Tracey Rogers

Traditional journeying has us leading ourselves, individually, to the Underworld or Upperworld to receive guidance. In these group journeys, Tracey shares a style of journeying that she experienced in Arizona, where a shamanic practitioner (shaman) guides a group with a drum, to experience journeying and the messages we can receive there.

Tracey has been involved with shamanic teachings since 2011, and continues her journey on this path.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay on, a pillow, a blanket for over top of yourself if you like, a journal/paper and pen, and if you like, something to cover your eyes like a bandana or cloth. (Chairs will be available for those unable to lay on the floor).

Reiki Level II (Second Degree)

Facilitated by Reiki Master Tracey Rogers

In this class you will:
• learn the second degree symbols for Reiki
• learn how these symbols can improve and enhance your Reiki treatments
• be given second degree attunements
• be giving full treatments in conjunction with symbols
• be learning how to do long distance treatments

After this class is completed you will receive a Certificate for Reiki Level II, as well as the full outline for how to become a member of the Canadian Reiki Association.

Why Pursue Reiki Level II?

You have already been using Reiki on yourself, your friends, pets, family members and Mother Earth. Now you will be able to send Reiki to people who are not physically with you and know that you can help loved ones who are not near to you geographically. The ability to aid from afar creates a deep sense of connection even when physical connection is not possible. You will also be able to increase your energy outflow with symbols, and help direct energy outflow in regards to emotional and mental blocks and wounds. If you are considering teaching Reiki one day or practicing with a business, you will want to pursue Reiki to Master Level.

Tracey Rogers received her Reiki Master certificate in 2008.
Tracey is certified with the Canadian Reiki Association. Learning from a certified teacher will streamline the process of certification for you if you choose to pursue Reiki as more than an at-home practice.

Please pack a lunch or be prepared to go to a local restaurant.

$225 + hst total, including deposit.

A $100+ hst non-refundable deposit is required in order to be added to the class. The remainder will be due the day of your class.

Elemental Rhythm Breathwork

Prepare to form a deeper connection with your unconscious self through the power of the Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Breakthrough Experience!

Most of what holds us back from creating the life we want is stored beneath the surface of conscious awareness. Intense breathwork allows direct access to the unconscious mind where we can become aware of hidden memories of life events that have created our emotional blockages, limiting beliefs, and the negative thought patterns that cause stress and anxiety, bringing them to the surface where they can be addressed and released. It also helps reset and regulate the nervous system which works to release stress and bring balance to the body.

The Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Breakthrough experience incorporates vigorous, rhythmic breathing with an intentionally curated playlist which together serve as a conduit for entering an altered state of consciousness; a place where our deepest core wounds can be accessed and brought to the surface, allowing us to face them head on, heal and release them. Breathwork is also used by many to connect spiritually and to access ancestral wisdom. Lisa is a certified Elemental Rhythm Breathwork facilitator, who will provide a safe and supportive space for you to dive deep into your inner experience.

It is recommended to practice intense breathwork on an empty stomach. For the best experience, eat at least 2 hours prior to the session. Wear comfortable, loose clothing and bring:

• a yoga mat (laying on your back is required for this experience)
• a blanket (you will likely transition between being cold and warm)
• an eye mask (a disposable one will be supplied if you do not have one)
• a thin pillow or folded blanket to lightly support your head
• a sweater if you tend to get cold easily
• water to re-hydrate after your session

Breathwork is not advised for persons with high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, for those who have had significant recent physical injuries or surgery, or for those with a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack without first consulting a medical professional.

Breathwork is not advised for persons with severe mental health issues including Bipolar disorder, Schizophrenia and severe PTSD. It is also unsuitable for persons with Epilepsy or other seizure disorders or a personal or family history of aneurysms and for those using major medications. Pregnant women are advised against practicing breathwork without approval from their primary caregiver. Persons with asthma should have their inhaler present during a breathwork session and should first consult with a medical professional.
