Reiki with Tracey Rogers
Tracey has been a Master Level Reiki Practitioner and Teacher since 2008. Having worked with hundreds of clients and students she is able to assist you on your own wellness journey. Working with the emotional, spiritual, psychological and physical bodies, Tracey can assist you within all of these areas.
While being able to help customers develop in any area of their life, Tracey specializes in assisting clients with improving their self love and self compassion, and with using that self love, to help in their entire healing journey.
Tracey brings Mahatma Energy healing into every Reiki session, bringing in the highest vibration and dimension energy available to us in healing.
Tracey has worked with Shamanic Healing since 2011, and has been a certified Tuning Fork Therapist since 2014. Please ask Tracey if you would like to have the Shamanic Healing or Tuning Forks incorporated into your Reiki session. She is also happy to work with those Healing Techniques separately.
Tracey is certified and licensed through the Canadian Reiki Association.

Meditation Through Spirit
Facilitated by David Schultz
The Spirit world is very close and eager to assist our personal development and communicate with us. Join like minded people in a group meditation impressed by Spirit through Medium David Schultz. David will channel Spirit with a group message to everyone in the beginning followed by the meditation. This is a guided meditation that will primarily focus on intuitive and psychic development. Catfulness: A Mindful Meditation & Healing with Cats

White Feather Holistic Arts is connecting with Yay for Stray Cats Cafe once again to offer a healing meditation on site with the kitty kats at Yay For Stray Cats Cafe.
We've been enjoying these meditations, and have had wonderful feedback from the participants and from Yay For Stray Cats Cafe! Everything went wonderfully and we enjoy being in the energy of the cat's environment, while they wander around us during the meditation!
Our intention with this meditation will be to feel the love and experience the energy of the kats, while offering our love, our good intentions and our healing to the kats. The mindfulness of this experience will bring not only the kats healing and love, but it will open our hearts further to receive healing and love from the gentleness and unconditionalness of our animal friends.
We will be the only people in the kat living space at the time of the meditation. There will be room for 12 participants.
Tracey has been offering a variety of meditations at White Feather since 2012.

Shamanic Journey
Facilitated by Tracey Rogers
Traditional journeying has us leading ourselves, individually, to the Underworld or Upperworld to receive guidance. In these group journeys, Tracey shares a style of journeying that she experienced in Arizona, where a shamanic practitioner (shaman) guides a group with a drum, to experience journeying and the messages we can receive there.
Tracey has been involved with shamanic teachings since 2011, and continues her journey on this path.
Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay on, a pillow, a blanket for over top of yourself if you like, a journal/paper and pen, and if you like, something to cover your eyes like a bandana or cloth. (Chairs will be available for those unable to lay on the floor).

Healing Beliefs and Triggers: A Creative Workshop
Facilitated by Kim Prosser
Join us for sharing and creativity, as Kim Prosser guides us through an evening of healing. Come with an open mind and open heart to share in discussion with respect to our beliefs and triggers. Before our discussion we will be guided in a meditation. After our learning and discussion, we will create a Gratitude Tree together, in creative, crafty energy. Elemental Rhythm Breathwork

Breathwork is a powerful process that supports individuals to move beyond limiting beliefs, dissolve old patterns, release emotional blockages, and step into the wholeness of their greatest soul expression!
The Elemental Rhythm Breathwork journey unites deep, rhythmic breathing with intentionally curated music to encourage the mind into a non-ordinary state of consciousness; a place where clarity, vision and guidance can be found, old paradigms, patterns and behaviours can be shifted, and stuck emotions, anxiety and stress can be released. Breathwork can also help us to expand our consciousness and connect with spirit.
Lisa is an experienced, certified Elemental Rhythm Breathwork facilitator, who will provide a safe and supportive space for your healing and transformation. Experience the joy of letting go of limiting beliefs, the gratification of profound emotional release, and the exhilaration you’ll feel when you awaken to your true self!
For the best breathwork experience, eat at least 2 hours prior to the session and wear comfortable, loose clothing. Please bring:
-a yoga mat (laying on your back is required for this experience)
-a blanket (you will likely transition between being cold and warm)
-an eye mask (a disposable one will be supplied if you do not have one)
-a thin pillow or folded blanket to lightly support your head

Breathwork is not advised for persons with high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, for those who have had significant recent physical injuries or surgery, or for those with a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack without first consulting a medical professional. Henna with Sarah, Pixie by Design
Sarah will be back in town sharing her beautiful henna artwork on your body/canvas. Sarah can do henna on you, or your drum - drum henna is permanent and body henna lasts anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks. Length depends on how fast you naturally exfoliate, where you get the design and how well you follow aftercare instructions. Sarah uses 100% natural henna, with no dyes or chemicals.

How to Read Tarot - 7 Class Series
Facilitated by Tracey Rogers
Reading Tarot is an excellent way to develop your intuition and learn to trust your inner guidance. It can be fun doing readings with yourself and friends, and it can also give you insight into your life journey, and where you are headed.
In these classes we will be starting with the basics of Tarot, then moving quickly into learning the meanings of the cards, simple spreads, and leading to more complex spreads. By the time you have completed this 7 class series, you will have the knowledge you need to do simple readings and intricate readings.
Tracey will be interacting with all students to assist them with understanding how to put readings together.
Tracey has been doing professional Tarot Readings for close to 15 years, and has been teaching tarot for 10 years.
All manuals will be provided as part of the classes.
We are using the Rider-Waite Tarot deck for this class. We are offering the Rider Waite Deck at a discounted rate for people when they sign up for the class if they need it.
Missing 1 class would not be a crucial issue, but missing multiple classes would become problematic for you on your learning journey.

Reiki Share

A Reiki share is an opportunity for former students and members of the community who have studied Reiki at level One or up to get together and work with the healing energies as a group. It also gives students who are looking to complete CEU’s for association membership an opportunity to collect those hours.

Reiki Level I (First Degree)

In this class you will learn:
• the history and principles of Reiki
• the chakras, meridians and how to become energy sensitive
• hand positions for Reiki
• self treatment and treating another with Reiki
• introductory Usui Reiki techniques
After this class is completed you will receive a Certificate for Reiki Level I, as well as the full outline for how to become a member of the Canadian Reiki Association.
Why Learn Reiki?
Reiki can be done on yourself or family, friends and pets. Reiki is an excellent way to start developing your sensitivity to energy further. Reiki Level III (Master/Teacher Degree)

In these classes you will:
• learn the Master Symbol
• review symbols from Level II, along with experiences using them
• be given the Master Level attunement
• learning how to give attunements to students
• learn how to use a pendulum for checking chakras
• some basic crystal use for treatments
• reviewing the Code of Ethics
• some marketing ideas for your Reiki practice
• doing complete sessions as if you were with a client
After these two classes are completed you will be given your Level III Reiki certificate, which includes Master Level.
Why Pursue Reiki Level III?
Master Level Reiki gives you the freedom to teach and spread the healing on a much larger scale. This level gives you the tools needed to complete your training, receive full certification, and pass on what you know to others.
