In the first class we will be touching on the basics of Tarot. This class is designed to outline the difference between Tarot decks and Oracle decks, discuss the Major Arcana, Minor Arcana and the structure of the deck.
You will learn how to glean information from the Tarot with some very basic question / answer techniques.
We will then move on to starting to learn the cards.
In future classes we will continue to get to know the cards, and then we will move on to learning some lay-outs.
For the classes we will be using the Rider-Waite deck because it is the Gold Standard from which all other decks were created. When I learned, I learned on the Rider-Waite deck, and then once I understood all of the archetypes and meanings of the cards, I moved to other decks.
I will be selling the deck at a discounted price with the course for those who need it. You are welcome to purchase it wherever you like if you do not already own one.
If you have any questions or need more information, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

Please join us for a guided meditation, water ceremony, and deeply restorative sound experience facilitated by Alanna Goulet.
As 2026 continues to unfold, this gathering offers a sacred pause. A moment to soften what has completed and open space for what is ready to emerge.
Sacred Waters of Remembrance is an intentional evening of reflection and realignment. Through water, sound, and stillness, you are invited to cast what is complete to the water, allowing the tides to shift and flow while restoring balance within.
The evening includes a grounding opening with an intuitive card pull, a guided meditation, and a deeply restorative sound experience incorporating planetary balancing frequencies associated with expansion and clarity.
This is not about fixing or forcing change. It is about listening, releasing, and allowing what is next to take shape naturally.
What to expect
• A grounding opening and intuitive card pull
• A sacred water ceremony
• A guided meditation
• A deeply restorative sound experience
This gathering is for you if you are navigating transition, feeling emotionally tender, or seeking clarity and balance without pressure.
Please bring your yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on, a blanket, a pillow, and water. I recommend bringing slippers for us to take our boots off at the door.

Gather in conscious community with Mama Cacao to prepare for the approaching Full Blood Moon eclipse. A potent time for deep transformation and the release of what no longer serves your soul's journey.
This heart-opening ceremony will be guided with the gentle medicine of ceremonial-grade cacao, supporting us in connecting more deeply with ourselves, the natural world and each other.
During this ceremony, you will sip sacred Ceremonial Cacao and be gently guided through:
- Opening of sacred space with an Andean Medicine Wheel meditation
- An intention setting ceremony using the energy of the Full Blood Moon eclipse to guide us toward change and transformation.
- Light breathwork to ground and energize
- A shamanic journey where you may meet a spirit animal to help guide you using the energy of the eclipse, toward soulful growth and renewal.
- Sound healing to restore harmony and presence
Please bring
- A cushion or folded blanket to sit on (chairs are available for those who require one)
- An eye mask (I will have a supply of disposable ones on hand)
- A bottle of water if desired
- A notepad for those who like to journal about their experience
- Slippers, as we will be taking our boots off at the door
- An open heart 💗
For the most heart opening, energizing and meditative effects please eat lightly at least two hours before the ceremony.
Ceremonial cacao is a pure, minimally processed form of cacao (the raw ingredient from which chocolate is made). It comes from whole cacao beans that are roasted at low temperatures, peeled, and ground into a paste — with no processing beyond what’s necessary to maintain its natural integrity and energetic properties.
The cacao served at our ceremony will also contain vanilla, panela (a traditional, unrefined whole cane sugar, commonly used in Latin American countries) and chili powder. This is a completely vegan recipe.
Although Ceremonial Cacao does contain a small amount of caffeine, its stimulating effects are caused by theobromine, a mild cardiovascular stimulant that increases blood flow and heart rate. If you are concerned that you may experience nausea or the jitters while drinking cacao on an empty stomach, have a small snack before ceremony. Cacao is also mildly acidic and can cause digestive discomfort for some if there’s no food in the stomach.
Investment: A cash donation of $20 at the door covers the cost of the ceremonial grade cacao with the remainder of the proceeds going to CARA (Cat Advocacy and Rescue Association)
Date: Sunday March 1st

Breathwork is a powerful process that supports individuals to move beyond limiting beliefs, dissolve old patterns, release emotional blockages, and step into the wholeness of their greatest soul expression!
The Elemental Rhythm Breathwork journey unites deep, rhythmic breathing with intentionally curated music to encourage the mind into a non-ordinary state of consciousness; a place where clarity, vision and guidance can be found, old paradigms, patterns and behaviours can be shifted, and stuck emotions, anxiety and stress can be released. Breathwork can also help us to expand our consciousness and connect with spirit.
Lisa is an experienced, certified Elemental Rhythm Breathwork facilitator, who will provide a safe and supportive space for your healing and transformation. Experience the joy of letting go of limiting beliefs, the gratification of profound emotional release, and the exhilaration you’ll feel when you awaken to your true self!
For the best breathwork experience, eat at least 2 hours prior to the session and wear comfortable, loose clothing. Please bring:
-a yoga mat (laying on your back is required for this experience)
-a blanket (you will likely transition between being cold and warm)
-an eye mask (a disposable one will be supplied if you do not have one)
-a thin pillow or folded blanket to lightly support your head
-a sweater if you tend to get cold easily
-water to re-hydrate after your session
- I recommend bringing slippers for us to take our boots off at the door if it's still wet out
*PLEASE BE ADVISED*
Breathwork is not advised for persons with high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, for those who have had significant recent physical injuries or surgery, or for those with a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack without first consulting a medical professional. It is also not advised for persons with severe mental health issues including Bipolar disorder, Schizophrenia and severe PTSD. It is also unsuitable for persons with Epilepsy or other seizure disorders or a personal or family history of aneurysms and for those using major medications. Pregnant women are advised against practicing breathwork without approval from their primary caregiver. Traditional journeying has us leading ourselves, individually, to the Underworld or Upperworld to receive guidance. In these group journeys, Tracey shares a style of journeying that she experienced in Arizona, where a shamanic practitioner (shaman) guides a group with a drum, to experience journeying and the messages we can receive there.
Tracey has been involved with shamanic teachings since 2011, and continues her journey on this path.
Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay on, a pillow, a blanket for over top of yourself if you like, a journal/paper and pen, and if you like, something to cover your eyes like a bandana or cloth. (Chairs will be available for those unable to lay on the floor). I recommend bringing slippers for us to take our boots off at the door.

This is a 4 hour immersive workshop designed to awaken Shakti safely, reconnect practitioners to the Primordial Source Mother, restore the lineage of the Divine Feminine across cultures, and activate each participant’s inner lifeforce (Shakti) so they can maintain this connection in their everyday lives.
The Primordial Mother is the original creative intelligence — the source from which all life, intuition, and spiritual power emerge. She is the silent field behind every goddess form, every lineage, every remembrance.
In esoteric traditions, she is said to express herself through the Seven Rays of Creation - subtle streams of divine intelligence that move through our body, consciousness, and lived experience. This workshop offers a gentle yet potent activation into that field, allowing you to reconnect with her presence not through the mind, but through direct experience.
What You Will Experience:
• A grounding and opening ritual to center body and awareness
• A concise, intuitive framework exploring who the Primordial Mother is, how she appears
across ancient cultures, and why her presence was gradually erased from collective memory and how that absence continues to shape our inner and outer worlds
• Guided meditation to connect directly with the Primordial Mother field
• Energetic activation to awaken intuitive and heart-centered awareness
• Subtle embodiment practices to anchor the frequency into the body
• Quiet reflection and journaling for integration
• Optional group sharing in a safe, supportive space
This workshop is suitable for all levels. No prior knowledge of goddess work or esoteric systems is required — only openness and curiosity.
This Workshop is ideal for those who feel drawn to:
• reconnect with the Feminine Divine at its source
• deepen intuition and inner trust
• experience energetic alignment without overwhelm
• explore sacred wisdom in a grounded, modern way
What to Bring:
• Journal and pen (Optional: a personal object representing Mother energy)
• A Blanket, pillow or cushion
• Light Snacks

Why Pursue Reiki Level III?
Master Level Reiki gives you the freedom to teach and spread the healing on a much larger scale. This level gives you the tools needed to complete your training, receive full certification, and pass on what you know to others. If you've come this far Reiki is obviously a passion and something you love to do. I thank you for sharing that passion!
Tracey Rogers received her Reiki Master certificate in 2008.
Tracey is certified with the Canadian Reiki Association. Learning from a certified teacher will streamline the process of certification for you if you choose to pursue Reiki as more than an at-home practice.

We are including our cancellation policy for people to review. The only reason we require this is due to no-call, no shows, or last minute notice for events that we had waiting lists for, and people who wanted to be in the class for. We compassionately understand that there can be extenuating circumstances, and we do our best to make exceptions where appropriate.
As for the Reiki session and Reading cancellation policy, it leaves us paying for the last minute cancellations or no-shows the first time, and the customer paying if it happens a second time. We consider this fair to everyone, and leaves room for mishaps and illness etc.
By having an official policy in place, it leaves us room to make case by case decisions about specific situations.
If you have concerns about this policy, please get a hold of me, Tracey, and I will be happy to discuss and consider our conversation.
Thank you for your understanding.
Tracey Rogers
